3. Deadlift (5/6x130)
6. External Shoulder Rotations (10)
7. External Shoulder Rotations (10)
A great workout...too short if anything. The handstands were brilliant. First one was 20s SOLID, the second was 15s solid. I finished with some handwalking and mannas.
I came in one short on the DLs, stopping with plenty in the tank.
