3. Squats, Leg Extension (15, 15, 15)
4. Chin Ups/Pull Ups (15, 15)
5. MBTs (15, 20)
6. Bent-Over Row (15, 15)
A good workout with a work mate. Spring is springing and it was nice to get outside with the medicine ball. We did some man-o-man MBTs for variety. Numbers weren't of importance - just ensuring the burn came ten or so reps in.
