1a. Deadlift (4x130, 5x120)
1b. OACs (4x49kg, 5x44, 2-arm 10xBW)
2. Wall Walk (2, 2)
3. 321 (8/8L, 8/8L, 5/8M)
I could have gone a lot heavier on the DLs and given I should have been working at 90%, I should have! Oh well.
The OACs went well and a slight ache in me left elbow after the first set disappeared during and after the second set.
I am off to do some hangboarding!
