Wow- this workout left me feeling on a big high. Odd how you can go in to the gig feeling ambivalent at best, but you come out the other side mentally refreshed! The stairgators were done in fine form. The sprints were kept tight with 10-15s sprints and 45s rest. It felt tough but I do suspect I was holding back a bit on the sprint at some level.
Tuck planches felt tough and I could only do 20s holds. Moving on to vertical pulling, the rope climbing was solid and the MU work was also solid. With regard to the MUs, I kept it tight once again, with less than one minute of rest. The backlevers part of the routine sucked and the frontlever wasn't much better.
The kill carry was a breeze. This is perfect weather for 'walking around with heavy stuff'. Sapphire skies and a cooling breeze. Spring has sprung.
I finished with 321s but there was no chance of completing that last set! 5/8 isn't too bad. The workout as a whole left me feeling 10/10!
