I think that the deadlifts on Friday took more out of me than I thought! Not feeling that fresh for this morning's session.

6. Barefoot Weighted Kill Carry (1)
7. 321 (8L, 8L 8M)
This started slow but finished well. The planches felt mildly laboured throughout but were solid. Sprints never felt fleet-of-foot. MUs were easy - as was the following routine. The Kill Carry felt tough. But the 321s were strong and I finished on a smaller rung size. So a mixed bag really.
