i haven't read much of his stuff. i did watch his recent TEDX presentation and was really put off by it. he has some interesting theories but when paleo people think his "ancestral" ideas are off the wall then he is pretty far out there. now this makes me wonder how much of his testimony is truthful.
Hi Chuck - apart from reading some of his stuff on PH, I too have ignored him - and Melissas jpg has triggered my spidey-sense.
I've got my paleo-heuristics down to a point where I feel healthy and happy - and a lot of this recent controversy has passed me by.
On the plus side, 5/9 was worth it even if just for this gem from Robb Wolf:
"I have tinkered with cold immersion since the early 90’s. I also studied heat shock proteins and clathrin chaperones. It has benefits, it is not Chuck Norris’ Tears"
@Anonymous - Hmmm not the most subtle comment! However, IF Melissa's JPG is genuine (I cannot find it on JK's FB page, but have no reason to doubt its authenticity), then he is at best, a fantasist.
"The 'Jolly Roger' conveyed the message that the attackers were outlaws who would not consider themselves bound by the usual rules of engagement"

Still laughing hard at that one!
He is a known liar, plagiarist, and charlatan. Just add this to the evidence stack.
I am sorry, but either I cannot understand Robb's quote out of context or it is way over my head.
the more i think about that picture, the more i think the guy is just an attention seeker. why post a fake pic like that?
@Chuck - JK made some outlandish claims about the benefits of cold immersion, hence the Chuck Norris smackdown from Robb.

I take it all my doubts back. The dog ate his home work!
