After a week off of active rest, I am psyched for another cycle of strength, again building up from a deloaded phase to pushing the max in a couple of weeks time.

5. Barefoot Kill Carry
A good session. The shoulders are feeling it!
Captain Kid and Flash trained with me. They love the rings and there was plenty of messing about. All good fun. I gave them a head start on the sprints and they seemed to enjoy running off and the sound of my bearing down on them, feet pounding the ground behind them. Stairgators involved most amounts of nonesense, but CK seemed to 'get it'. Flash is perhaps a bit too young.
Captain Kid is getting quite strong in the upper body. She also worked the punch bag. She definitely has some 'hustle' when it comes to technique. Flash managed to somersault both forwards and backwards on the rings (with a little assistance).
In future, on occasion, I might just follow their workout rather than directing them to follow mine!
