Digit Strength Ideas

Isometric (Repeaters):
Set = 10reps x 10secs (5s rest between each hang)
4 mins rest between sets
3-5 Sets

Isotonic (Laddering):
Set = 5-8 Reps
30s -1min rest between sets
3-5 Sets

Plyometric (Double Dyno)
Set = 3-5 reps
4 mins rest between sets
3-5 Sets
