Time to add a rep to the second set of DLs. Same with the chins! The UK is experiencing unseasonally fine and sunny weather (28 degrees), so what I really intend to push is the D3.

Awesome session. The DLs are feeling much easier. I'll push up to 8 reps and then drop down, adding weight. I have a slight tension in my left hip, but generally felt great. The chins felt solid with no pain from the left elbow so it looks like my rehab is working.
