So I kick off a new cycle today. Volume focus. It might lack some continuity due to holidays, football fixtures (the Euros) and the rugby tour of South Africa.

An awesome workout. Glad to get back to some exercise after a week or so off. Solid on the planches (although unable to progress to the next variation). Fast on the sprints - feeling quick and light. MUs were solid as well.
In fact the only area of weakness was on the fingerboard where I felt heavy and stopped short.
