Captain Kid and Flash trained on the rings with me today, so there was a lack of intensity across sets (but not across reps). They added a good deal of PLAY to the event.
Fast on the sprints - feeling quick and light. MUs were solid and I held the L-Sits at the top of the movement for time as well.
Unlike the last attempt at this routine where I felt heavy and stopped short on the fingerboard, I nailed all reps today.
