Some supplements that might actually be useful in lowering blood pressure. Googling turns up these time and again for HBP (yes, I self-medicate via Google!)
This is an immediate form of intervention to try to get my numbers down. What you see is CoQ10, Hawthorn, Garlic and Grapeseed Extract. In addition breakfast is usually a Hibiscis Tea. I take one of each, twice a day (below the dose on each pack) and when they run out, I don't intend to buy more. This is triage.
