1a. Deadlift/RLL (one or two warm up sets, 5x95, 3x120/118, 1x140/135, 4xRLLs)
1b. Assisted HeSPU : Snatch: Press : MTBs (8x18kg, 8x18kg, 8x18kg)
2. Assisted OACs (8x49/47kg, 8x49/47kg, 6/8x49/47kg)
3a. Tucked Ice Cream Maker (8, 8, 8)
3b. Wall Planche Press Ups (8, 8, 8 dropped intensity by moving hands forwards to reach target)
3c. Kneeling Wrist Push Ups (3, 3, 3)
So the whole routine was rather more drawn out today, touching 50 minutes in all. The deadlifts felt good, with an extra 5kg on the final set. The OACs felt brutally good and I hit an extra couple of kg, nearly hitting 8 reps in all the sets.
I have a week off work and so will probably just 'play' next week, keeping out of the gym. I am still not happy with my routine - getting bored with it I guess, even though I am making gains. I need to tinker to sustain interest and motivation, but in a way that does not cause me to lose what I have gained thus far!
